Inconsistent Quality Concerns

My stay had some notable issues. The water pressure was inconsistent, varying from very high to a mere trickle. This affected the taps and the toilet flush, the latter not always working. Hot water was only lukewarm. The staff was busy and interactions felt mechanical, lacking warmth at the reception, pool, and restaurant.

dusty surfaces

the room i was initially assigned had cleanliness issues. i noticed dusty surfaces and furniture that did not seem properly wiped. the bathroom required a deep clean (it was far from a quick turnover).

I found the location excellent with easy access to nearby attractions. the rooftop bar provided fine views and a relaxing atmosphere. the in-house facilities were well kept, especially the fully equipped gym. I took advantage of the fitness center several times .

the carpets in the room showed noticeable wear, and the room cleaning felt somewhat inconsistent. i think a deeper focus on maintaining carpet cleanliness would significantly improve the overall impression.
