Inconsistent Quality Concerns

inconsistent pressure unfriendly staff

My stay had some notable issues. The water pressure was inconsistent, varying from very high to a mere trickle. This affected the taps and the toilet flush, the latter not always working. Hot water was only lukewarm. The staff looked busy and interactions felt mechanical, lacking warmth at the reception, pool, and restaurant.

minor issues detracted from the stay

dusty surfaces slow elevators

the room i was initially assigned had cleanliness issues. i noticed dusty surfaces and furniture that did not seem properly wiped. the bathroom required a deep clean (it was far from a quick turnover). additionally, the elevators were very slow to reach the upper floors (i was on the 21st floor).

convenient location rooftop bar equipped gym

I found the location excellent with easy access to nearby attractions. the rooftop bar provided fine views and a relaxing atmosphere. the in-house facilities were well-kept, especially the fully equipped gym. I took advantage of the fitness center several times .

the carpets in the room showed noticeable wear, and the room cleaning felt somewhat inconsistent. i think a deeper focus on maintaining carpet cleanliness would significantly improve the overall impression.

The front office team demonstrated excellent support. Mr kirollos specifically resolved some issues efficiently. staff members were attentive and helpful throughout my stay.. it really was like a priority to provide the best experience.

i found the room to be clean. a large breakfast buffet offered many options. the drinking water in glass bottles was complimentary and plentiful. the friendly reception staff upgraded us to a suite.

i noticed the pool towels were unavailable one evening.

I appreciated the convenient valet parking. It made arrivals and departures seamless. The reception staff were helpful and attentive, addressing all my needs promptly. My room had a very generous size. the hotel offered good views of the Corniche and surroundings.

The elevators were slow at times.
